Last weekend, I was invited by Koko and Yusuke to visit their showroom where they are exhibiting their 2012 pre-fall collection. The collection seems to be divided into two groups. One is a very flamboyant group which is rich in colors, ranging from bright solids to soft pastel tones. All of them are ornamented with very eye-catching details like beads, crystal chunks, florals made from nets and patches of fur. The other is more minimal and restrained which has a dominance of earth colors and cleaner silhouettes. I specifically love this camouflage jacket with very cute prints of random English names and also this denim trench coat which is so sleek (even if it makes my dwarf side more obvious). It was also nice to hear that they will continue to sell more accessories like these cute necklaces plus these fascinating tables which were painted by Yusuke himself. I didn’t know he studied Fine Arts at Central Saint Martins in London instead of fashion.
